Let me just clarify, wellness is simply a state of being; an active process of making choices that lead you to greater happiness, health, and life fulfillment.

Create the path to wealth through wellness
Since I was little, I was always told that all you need to do to be happy and wealthy is go to school, go to university and get a job.
You’ll meet the man of your dreams, get married, have kids, make lots of money, live in a gorgeous home, and your husband is going to treat you like the queen that you are.
It’s a great guide, but it’s missing one thing.
You.
Your purpose.
Your dreams.
Your values.
Your unique brilliance.
Your heart, mind, body and soul.
It’s no wonder vibrant, curious, impact-driven individuals hit a point where they feel stuck, lost, and in a state of ‘I want more’, ‘Is this really it?’ and my favourite ‘Now what?’.
The honest truth - This is your calling. That little voice is calling you out because there is so much more. And you’re ready.
You have this unique brilliance about you, this je ne sais quoi.
I believe that the meaning of life is to live your purpose.
What is your purpose?
Your purpose is you. Your mind tells your body what to do and your soul tells your mind what to do and in between, there are feelings and emotions.
This is where wellness comes in.
The simple truth about what wellness is
Let me just clarify, wellness is simply a state of being; an active process of making choices that lead you to greater happiness, health, and life fulfillment.
You choose what to invest your time and money in.
You choose what to eat and drink (and smoke for that matter).
You choose what you do in your time.
You choose the people you surround yourself with.
You choose the standards and values that matter most to you.
If you don’t like where you are or you want more, then you need to pay attention and heed the signal.
You need to take a more 360 approach to your life, where you can see where you are at in all areas of your life.
This is your chance to make a choice or your life will never change and your path will continue as is.
To make certain choices takes courage, bravery, and belief.
The wealthiest individuals in the world are not where they are because they took the safe road or played small.
They took the path less traveled, sometimes not traveled at all.
The dimensions of wealth
It’s not about the doing, it’s about the being. Remember that wellness is a state of being.
You can only achieve financial wealth when you have financial wellness. According to the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau (CFPB , financial wellness is defined as:
“A state of being wherein you have control over day-to-day, month-to-month finances; have the capacity to absorb a financial shock; are on track to meet your financial goals, and have the financial freedom to make the choices that allow you to enjoy life.”
How financially savvy are you?
At the most basic level, our finances are simply about whether or not we are able to take care of our basic needs, such as rent/mortgage, food, and a car. Others have an excess of money but struggle financially in other areas.
Even if your basic needs are being met, you still may feel stressed if you feel uncertain about your future. Your financial wellness has an impact on your overall mental and physical health at deep levels.

Social wealth in this context has everything to do with the relationship life element of the Wellness 360 philosophy. Our well-being is hugely dependent on the nature and quality of our relationships, whether they be intimate, social, professional or otherwise. People make up the world around us and our lives, making relationships the foundation of everything we do in life.
When things aren’t going well in your relationships, it can be really hard to care about eating well, exercising, and you may have issues with sleep. The opposite can be said when your relationships are going well, meaning that they can have a serious impact on the quality of your wellness practice and your overall ability to make changes in your life.
Who do you surround yourself with?
Personal wealth is the personal power you feel when you have a growth mindset, you know who you are and your purpose in life, and you feel connected. When you can unapologetically be authentic self and be expansive.
What’s your personal power?
Time wealth or freedom as most people call it. The rarest commodity of them all as you can never get it back. The freedom to do what you want, when you want, with whom you want. You have to know why you are where you are and why you do what you do. That is a state of being that is intentional.
Do you own your time or does time own you?
Of course, there is your health, the greatest wealth of all. No matter how much money you have, if you don’t have people to share it with, if you’re not healthy enough to enjoy it, then you may as well be broke.
What state of health are you in and is it where you want to be?
Wealth is multidimensional. That’s why I can’t define wealth as just how much money you have in the bank. It spans across all areas of your life.
The path to wealth is through wellness, your state of being.
